Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years as a supervisor in social service programming;

Any Combination of education and experience deemed adequate.

NEMCSA Seeks Weatherization Program Manager

For fifty years, Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMCSA) has prided itself on its dedication to providing our communities with the highest level of quality human service programs. NEMCSA’s Weatherization program provides services that focus on reducing energy costs within client’s homes, at no cost to the homeowner or renter.

NEMCSA is looking for a motivated and detailed leader to provide operational management, supervision, oversight and training support for all weatherization program staff, contractors and volunteers. The Weatherization Program Manager will also ensure compliance with policies for all pre-inspection energy audits on eligible homes, monitoring weatherization subcontractors, and supervise all quality control post inspections of homes to ensure the installation of weatherization measures by subcontractors is completed and complies with all agency and program standards and regulations.
